I was watching 超级星光大道6 and I came across this episode where 小胖老师 was against 左安安老师. Theres this woman in 小胖 group who sang a very beautiful song which she wrote on her own. It describes how her first love was broken and its just really beautiful. I've started doing as much as i can but it seems like it can never end. Chemistry and maths is insane. 43 pages and 25 pages respectively. Like what the hell. And its so difficult its like once i complete 1 question i cant seem to do the next one. Or perhaps I haven't been revising enough. What have I been doing this holidays? Well, nothing much actually. Shopping, soccer, squash, dota, homework and more homework. Sounds pathetic. Just back from a whole day outing with the squash people. Had friendly with MJC this morning. Their standard is like much better than ours. We need more training. Like a lot more. Went to Tampines Safra Mind's Cafe after that. The person introduced us some detective thinking shit game. So freaking boring! 5 people trying to catch "Mr X". And i played till i died cause i didnt have enough taxis to travel around. Then played some japanese board game called shadows and hunters or something. I won haha killed all the shadows. (I was a hunter) Then went all the way to novena for dinner and took bus back home. Almost fell asleep on the bus to novena. Tired. Holidays are getting shorter and 2010 is getting nearer. I don't really like JC2 to come cause i don't like the feeling of taking a levels which is so fucked up. Seriously the MOE should just remove PSLE, OLevels and ALevels. Get over with it man. Zh finally felt like posting something proper.
Coming to that point, my blog is somehow becoming into my class blog cause its probably the easiest way i can upload stuff where people can just go and read instead of me smsing or emailing them which is so much more troublesome. A year is coming to an end. Sadly next year is coming right up. Which means im getting closer and closer to a levels. Screw the MOE system. Why must they force us to have exams in order to so call differentiate the dilligent ones from the less dilligent ones? I dont really think what results we get now determines how much we will be able to contribute to a university or even a particular company. It consists of too many other factors. Hard to calculate. I definitely have been sad that my class have only 6 girls and out of them only 2 chinese which means im back to another boy class which is not much different from mshs. i do miss life in mshs alot man. But i have to say i should be thankful that the girls and even guys in my class arent those people which bitchy characters that like to talk behind your backs or comment about how sucky your attitute is. whatever it is im still glad. its finally the last week of the year. i shall highlight my hair this week probably wednesday or perhaps saturday. going to shanghai soon! yes and this november isnt a really good one cause there have been a few wakes and funerals and i wasnt able to attend any which i felt was bad cause i didnt send them off through their last journey but anyways may they leave us in peace. thats all about it im waiting for my dinner to be back home. Zhanhao went yachting at Marina at Kepplebay
and so after they proposed we went on the yacht and the driver of the yacht took us on a 4 hours journey. we first stopped near sentosa. the place where they use water as the screen and they shine the projector onto the water. dunno what its called. it very cool. and they built a row of houses on the sea where they place the projector on top of the houses and the houses can shoot out water and fire. we stayed there for about 20-30mins and then we proceeded to St. James Island. the night breeze is so cooling and wonderful. it feels so good lying down at the front of the yatch looking into the dark blue sky and letting the cool wind slide pass your face. if only i can sleep there for the night sigh. then we had our dinner on the yacht. it was some italian food. not very filling though. but nevermind. theres heineken (: i think its enough for words. the photos shall do the talking. sorry for the blur photos cause the yacht keeps shaking. Zhanhao is back from YBC Camp.
18/6 Its time for leaders to go to the campsite and try out the games. I arrived at 12pm at choa chu kang mrt to meet the rest of the leaders for lunch. Saw khee teng and hong ming there. Then later dean and shaun and then slowly the rest of them. They wanted to have subway for lunch but hong ming and I didnt feel like eating that so we went to macs instead. (Obviously i wouldnt want my money to get scammed when I dont eat vegetables -.-) Then yuting was smsing both of us saying that we look like having candlelight dinner. I know you jealous lar lol. Then went to zone x for awhile since the rest are not done yet. Played daytona with jorge and phanida. lol havent been playing that for so long! Then went to fairprice to help logistics carry the stuff up and we set off to the campsite. The bus we took was so small we all had to like squeeze inside with all the camp materials everywhere the bus. the journey was rather fast cause people were just talking nonsense along the way. as usual. Reached there, recee the place and tried out the games. Then it was dinner time. Since the campsite is very far from town we cant possibly go and da bao our dinner back. So our poor leaders had to have instant noodles for dinner. With sausages, tuna and ba ting. Ba ting is like the best you can add into your instant noodles. The soup is totally different when u add the ba ting oil inside the chicken flavour noodles. So delicious. Ya and after dinner we continued trying our all the games and facils calling their participants and stuff. Day 1 Participants arrived at about 9am. Good to see many new faces and also some old faces. So Nevin's speech started off the day and then to ice breaking. Dean went to sch for judo so they asked me to go help zihui lead ocean 14. played toilet paper game, name game. then after that was mass icebreaking games led by phanida and yi liang. Its wonderful that the participants break the ice in about 3 hours after arriving. So fast. good job to facils. Then lunch time. After lunch i left ocean 14 cause i have to start preparing for the games with aaron phimol and the logistics. The participants made their flag and came out with their group names. Bigfoot, Ocean 14, Destination and Bimbo. I shall fast forward a little or this post is gonna get dry. So initiation. Time to get them dirty. I stationed at the dining area with collin. We just kept making them walk through the maze up and down back and forth lol. Some were smart enough to know that they are walking back the same route. Theres once I took a bamboo stick and slam on the chair to scare the participants. But then I acted like i killed a cockroach for them and the whole group thanked me instead. LOL. i cant remember which group it was though. Ok enough for day 1 Day 2 The teams are all more bonded by now. So they had telematch and many other games. obviously they will prefer this day then the previous day. but they will never forget initiation. i cant really remember what happened on this day. Just telematch and station games. 100miao NG. Great job to Ocean 14 for completing the game in 79seconds! i was kind of shocked. Day 3 Didnt sleep the previous night at all. Cause shaun had to do the video for the closing ceremony, amelia, adelina, leonard, hong ming and I accompanied him. at about 4.30am hong ming suddenly went high out of nothing. he was so fantacised about the bats flying around the MPH and all the sandflies pee. Lol (inside joke you all dont know one) So we laughed our way till 7.30am. my mouth so tired after laughing for so long. I still feel energised till about 8am. But from morning pt onwards i felt like dying. my eyes are tired so is my body. my whole body was feeling weak. i needed food. however, after breakfast i was still feeling tired. so i practically stoned till lunch didnt help alot sorry. its only until after the angel and mortal part then i started to feel much better. perhaps its the blessing from the bhantes? lol abit no link. ya then photo session after closing ceremony. everyone camwhored. and its home sweet home. Ybc camp 2009 officially ended. Yesterday slept from 8pm last night till 9am. too tired after not sleeping for 1 day. regretted. had dental appointment yesterday. did crowning. feels so weird now after crowning. finished chemical energetics yesterday. yay! shall study physics and maths today. Its been so long since i finally found time to go out shop! Thanks to homework, pw, tests and many more stuff. You feel so damn good seriously. After all the busy days and you finally get some rest. But this rest is not for long sadly. Next week chalet and 3rd week ybc camp heh. Last week mug for mid years ): I bought a Puma Shoe! Haha nice right.   And some random pictures taken at chem lab. Finally Mr Seng approved our group project proposal yay! Good job to guo jin, wei liat, jessica and jay! First group to be approved haha. But we can only be happy for awhile. Writting report is coming right up. More things to be done. Oh well. Congrats Man U in winning the title! Yay. Hahaha. They are just too good. Im glad all the problems have come to an end. :D I just realise i dont have much break during my holidays. Crap. 1st week: 3 days squash training 2nd week: Mom booked chalet 3rd week: YBC Camp 4th week: Mugging for midyears Holidays = More things to do = Less break I rather not have holidays. Busy busy. Zhanhao is begining to hate his life even more.
I've been telling myself umpteen times that things will get better soon. Just when i thought it was right, it went wrong again. Why? Why is this happening? First my mom and my sister quarrelled. After many many many days and talks. Finally they talk to each other again now. I was finally relieved. I was happy. I had a good sleep that night. But today somehow didnt go right. It was all okay in school. Just that i had a bad flu, as usual. I exercised for 3 hours. From 3pm to 6pm. Squash, badminton, squash, basketball. But when i came home everything changed. Now my mom is quarrelling with my dad. GREAT. They arent talking to each other now. Cold war. Whats wrong? I wonder who i should side. Or perhaps none. But if i do that ill be an ass. But if i side the other ill be biased. I got a feeling my mom is starting all these quarrels just because her health isnt that good. But when people quarrel both sides are at fault. I think she needs to reflect. Being ill or your body doesnt feels well doesnt give you the privilege to create unnecessary nonscense. I know you arent feeling well. But you are making everybody not well either. Your body will soon be right again for god's sake. Just bear with it for awhile. Compare to my sis and i who have sinus since young? Thats nothing. Imagine having your nose blocked 3/4 of your life. And tissue seems to be your best buddy. Now that ive said all these. am i being unfair to my mom? isit really the rest of them causing all the trouble? Im puzzled, yet disappointed. They are much more older than me. They have much more life experiences than me. They should know how to handle such things better than me. A family should be happy and having fun. Not quarrelling every now and then. Thats living in jail. Thats why im trying my best not to go home early if i can. (Provided theres no tests or assignments/tutorials)Im making myself as happy as i can cause i always have this feeling of going home equals more trouble. Wanted to post many stuff. From our recycled chair to those many things that i've done. But my mood is spoilt thanks to these problems. Wanted to celebrate mothers day with my mom happily. But it seems like its gonna be difficult this year. I think i shouldnt even celebrate my birthday. Cause if i celebrate there seems to be even more problems that will appear. Zhanhao doesnt know what to do.
Went to school in the morning. Stupid 105 didnt come so took 73. in the end was 8mins late for lesson. After maths and chem tutorial went to general office to mark attendance for the class. Then assembly and all. Had 2.4km run for pe. Im so glad i ran 12.55 even though i injured my knee. Cant bend it totally or the wound will expand. Then met mr seng for pw. He made so many comments and remarks on our gpp. wth. going to change our new topic of conservation. teochew music isnt really that good. Anyone one has any idea or what i can conserve please tag on my tagboard. (Something that hasnt been officially conserved.) Rushed back home and shower. Then took bus to heartland mall. Met win at heartland mall. Then meet liyuan. She was with karen and meimei. Had pizza hut. Finally for the first time took photo together with liyuan after knowing her for 3years? How pathetic.  Then cabbed down to plmgs to watch the performance. Symphony of praise 2. Glad i didnt fall asleep. Took more photos with liyuan.  Great performances by grace neoyun and lkk. Congratulations. After the performances went back home.1 May 2009 Woke up in the morning. While i was having breakfast my sister suddenly scolded my parents for selling her uni notes/books to garang guni without asking her. Yes and this obviously angered my parents again, especially my mom. The 2 women havent been talking for 4 days already. I seriously don't have any idea how to make them back together like the old times. Then went to raffles club house. My cousin's baby 1 month old. At first it was all okay. Then after eating my mom suddenly talk to my aunts then she complained about my sis and started crying. My sis was outside the room all the time some of my aunts were talking to her. I was smsing her trying my best to solve the problem. Obviously to no avail. I think ive given up hope on the 2 of them. i dont think they will get back into good terms soon. probably gonna take months, years or even forever. So sorry if my post is very dull. Im back posting.
Yes. I have been very busy these days. Hardly have time to post. Even if i have i rather spend time msning or gaming. Suddenly getting involved in so many things. Got to plan for ybc camp programme. Squash camp programme (Changed to chalet in the end im so happy. Dont have to plan so much stuff). PW. Tests (Driving me nuts). JC life is much more packed compared to my mshs life. Somemore with so many things involved you hardly get time to do things you want to do. But i think its still better than having too much time not knowing what to do and then you end up getting bored. Deadlines doesnt seem to be ending. (Like what benedict said. Totally agree with him.) Everytime u meet one deadline another one comes. Its like a cycle. Never ending. Happen to be talking to guo jin about physics. Then i was telling him about parabolic motion and stuff. Then happen to talk about ball shoot up and drop down. Why? Karma lol. I wonder what the teacher will think if i write that down as my answer. He'll probably think i've gone crazy. My physics teacher keeps saying "The answer is not important. Its the method thats more important". So next time you fail your test, tell your teacher that. lol. How do we even know if our method is right when we dont know if our answer is correct. Yesterday my sis was counting how many grandchildren my grandma(dad's mom). And guess what. Its 32! like what the hell. And the total no. of people from my dad's side is 55 or something i cant really remember. Freaking huge family tree. But sadly im not very close with some of my cousins. Closer to my aunts. More and more sleepless nights i dont know why. Maybe im thinking too much. I don't know why. Mr Seng getting very paranoid about our PW draft. Its my 3rd time redo-ing. Zhanhao's march holidays
Went back to school for some project management workshop. My class was about service learning. Our facil was joanne. The whole day was boring cause we were having powerpoint slides from like 8am to 4.30pm all about “planning”. There is this booklet where we are supposed to write all down our feelings and views about the activities done that day. I remember there is this quote in the booklet which says “Meeting is a place where people take minutes and waste hours”. I think its very true. Planning is very useful but it does not ensure success. So keen to go home after the workshop lol. Tuesday Went back to school again for the last day of workshop. The 2nd day is definitely much more entertaining. Cause after lunch we have a 3 hour task. Each group is to secure a beneficiary and get a sponsorship of $5000. Our group was fast enough to get the first meeting. Great job! However after that meeting we like disappeared for 2 hours. Where did we go to? We were busy planning on what we are going to do. We chose needy children as our target group. Then we came out with many many ideas then decided to finalise with 1. First we get sponsor then we teach the needy children entrepreneur skills. We teach them how to sell items like hotdogs and floats. The money they earned will go back to the society to provide assistance to the children as they are poor and don’t have proper education. Then we will continue to monitor them for few months until we think they are capable of doing it themselves. Then we will monitor how they teach the next generation and so on. So its not just a 1 day activity. Our slogan was “We don’t give them fish but we teach them how to fish”. Lol. Yeah and then all the facils act as the beneficiaries and sponsors then we have to write an email to them for interview. At first I thought we cannot make it already cause we don’t have much time left. But the last minute (thank god) we managed to secure $5000 sponsorship and a beneficiary. So cool. Haha. Then took photos and reflection and went back home. Wednesday Went to dhoby ghot with ryan joanne yong chuan shun hao jun hao wei liat and win. Went to IRC to play lan. Then hong ye arrived then we went to plaza sing to shop for the things we need for bbq at night. Then we rush our lunch cause the caterer gonna deliver the food to ryan house already. Ryan call the caterer many times already but they always say will get back to him. So I called the caterer and ask them to give me an answer. The caterer finally called ryan and said that the food has already been collected by his dad. Wth. Then stopped outside some petrol station cause ryan went to buy firestarter. Me cassandra and jay went in to 7eleven then we shared heiniken cause if we bring out sure don’t need to drink already. LOL like so pathetic must finish it in the stall. Then reached ryan condo. Played squash bball captains ball and many more. Started bbq. Then some of them went to buy more heiniken. Thank you jay for treating the heiniken.Then after bbq went swimming. Took bus and mrt back home. Reached home at 11.40pm. Luckily I didn’t fall sick for showering so late. Thursday Went to school for squash. Lost my squash ball dammit. Someone hit out of the court then when I went out to find I couldn’t find it anymore. So sad. Went home for lunch. Bathed then went to toa payoh macs to meet phanida to discuss the june camp programme. Its gonna be so cool man! Especially the initiation and camp night wooo! We also decided to add in mass dance rather than mass singing. So now we are left with editing the song for mass dance, detailed programme for initiation and camp night and the items we need for the logistics. Its so crazy please 2 people planning the whole camp. Why they even assign me as programmer in the first place? Oh well but I think its not too bad being programmer at least I can choose how I want the participants to suffer haha. I make sure I make them cheer like crazy lol. Went back home I realised I lost my pencil box. So sad please. Then I rushed back to macs to find. I saw my pencil box at the counter haha so happy please. Must have dropped it when I pack my bag. A quite unlucky day for me. Friday Supposed to meet phanida to finish up the programme but she say she got to work earlier so cancelled. Played dota and slacked the whole afternoon. Sis boyfriend fetch her to airport cause she going taiwan. So good lar win the air ticket from 88.3FM DJ competition. Went to orchard with ryan and joanne to chill. Yan loon supposed to come but pang sei asshole. Had dinner at wisma food court. Then went to shop for liyuan’s present. Its something blue! Don’t bother asking me what it is now cause I wont tell you haha! Ryan treat me mars balls. Then he treat joanne GELARE icecream cause he owes her one. Joanne got so happy after eating the icecream -.- Then the 3 of us went to starbucks to study. So freaking cold inside. Its like studying in the refrigerator. We 3 like jokers liddat. Share jacket. Then ryan keep asking me to lend him my jeans cause he wearing short pants crazy lol. Did my econs homework. Thank you ryan for teaching me. Then went to walk around at some CD shop. Forgot the name of the shop. Its huge please. Bigger than HMV. They have so many Jazz CD. High society albums can been seen like everywhere in the shop. Went home after that. Another week passed.
I think im going to do my gp and econs very very badly. I don’t seem to have any idea on almost all the news,policies and events that tutors say in class. I guess the main reason is because I don’t read newspaper. Looks like I seriously have to start reading newspaper. Whats more, my class is sort of the above average in L1R5 class. Everyone like so smart. Some muggers too. I better hope I don’t be the last in class for these 2 subjects. Good luck to me. Oh and there are good news too. I got into squash after 2 rounds of trial. I didn’t expect myself to get in actually cause I have never played squash before in my life? Lol. I think im just going to be one of the lousy players. (Nanyang Squash aint good!) So im gonna be the noob of the noob. Haha. In fact Nanyang sports arent good at all. Except for volleyball and maybe table-tennis. (Ryan don’t get proud.) Few things I don’t like about NYJC. 1: We have to go to litespeed to download all our lecture notes and homework etc. Printer ink is expensive okay. Wth. I do pay school fees and this is the kind of benefit I get. Thanks. 2: The uniform is bloody thick. I perspire everytime I where the uniform. Especially when its morning assembly when the sun shines like nobody’s business. You can see everybody’s shirt is like wet. Seems like they just went for a sauna. Lol 3: The ccas are very limited. Its like impossible for people like me who don’t have any sports background to join a sports cca. (DSA crap and stuff) Then the clubs and societies are not really interesting. Except for the joke and bridge club. Kinda cool 4: I think the physics lecturer and the maths lecturers suck. The physics lecturer never fails to make me laugh. He can spend like 1 hour going through only 4questions. Waste of my time. I scared I fail physics -.- The maths lecturer on the other hand teaches so freaking fast. And she has attitude problem. Guai lan lar. Few things I like about NYJC. 1: The canteen food is cheap and delicious. Almost everything I have eaten so far tastes good. Except for the bar chor mee which is disgusting. Regretted buying that. Every Friday is fried food day yay. The japanese stall sells all the nice fried stuff on Friday. Just ate today haha. Pun saw me eating that then he went to buy that too lol. He eats 2 plates of rice during break. Big stomach. 2: The school facilities are good. Well it may not be that good. But I can say its like ten times better than maris stella. Its like heaven and earth. (Not the green tea brand) Maris stella just too pathetic. 3: We are allowed to rent basketball, tennis racket etc anytime we want from the bookshop. So good please. I play basketball like almost everyday after school. Gonna be so bored without basketball. 4: Can wear half uniform every Friday. Don’t have to wear the thick uniform shirt. Can wear school related tee. Yay. I need to write a 1000word article on a significant event that happened on 2008. Holy mama. Never write so much in my life before. Im so gonna die. Don’t even know what to write about. Realised my angel was a girl today. Always thought was a guy. Shes in dragonboat. Must be muscular. Scary lol. Zhanhao's first day of orientation
First day of orientation was not bad! I was so disappointed yesterday night when katherine told me on msn that my class only has 6 girls and out of them only 2 chinese. Wtf man another boy class. 4 years boy school 2 year boy class 2 year army I think I can go be monk sooner or later…. -.- Okay nevermind lets put that matter aside ( im not going jc just for girls -.-) First thing as usual played ice breaker games…whacko entanglement etc …. All the standard ice breaking games. I think my networking will be very good by the end of this 2 years. My class is international and multi-racial. Got people from Korea, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore. Got so many races also. By the end of 2 years I would have known them well then I will have friends from so many countries! Okay then we learnt the mass dance. It was quite cool I think. Not that bad. Sad my dance partner not chio bu lol. Joking. Lunchtime! Then went to play station games. I guess their station games are not so fun. Only learn a lot of cheers and stuff. Then went for basketball trial. Didn’t pass through lol. I knew I cannot lar my basketball skills no good. Regretted going for the bball trial. Someone’s fingernail damn sharp scratch my hand sia. Got a big cut and it was bleeding -.- Skin too thin lar. The basketball hit my face too so pain zzz. Lucky specs no problem. See the big cut on my hand? So sad right.  Glad I didn’t get into basketball. What cca should I join? Any suggestions? , 9:08 PM
